My DSA Assessment review with Jo was conducted over Zoom. I found Jo to be kind, thoughtful and patient in the way she listened as I spoke about my disability and outlined my needs, despite my speech impediment and hearing difficulties.

Jo was very knowledgeable about what is available, both in terms of equipment and software to help me with my course. She talked through the advantages and disadvantages of each option and helped me make an informed decision. The solutions suggested by Jo will help study independently and give me the same experience as my able-bodied peers. I would like to thank Jo for the time she took to ensure that the report is as thorough as possible.
