I was anxious about meeting someone new who I thought may judge me. However, I was put at ease straight away,  by their calm approach and the way they discussed everything in detail so I understood everything.  Their knowledge on software was fantastic. I wasn’t aware there was software to help me which I know will be of benefit to me. Thank you.
