My assessor was fantastic. They put me at ease straight away and were friendly, very helpful and professional at the same time. They asked me loads of questions to determine what help I would need to attend university. Everything now has been put into place for me and I am so grateful for their help.

I want to say thank you to the assessor and I feel so much better to try and concentrate on my studies now instead of my problems.
